Motif No. 1

Motif #1 is a fishing shack located in Rockport, Massachusetts.  However, its fame is worldwide.  It's probably the most painted/photographed fishing shack in the world.  It's also a movie star.  In the Disney movie "Finding Nemo" there is a painting of the shack in the dentist's office.  The shack also appears in the movie "The Proposal" but it has a sign that says "Sitka, Alaska" along with a sign of an orca.

This is a digital painting representation of a photo that I took of Motif #1.  The scene really represents life along the New England coast....fishing boats and lobster buoys.  MMMMM lobster.
