Heading out to Sea

My wife and I hadn't been on a real vacation since our honeymoon so we decided to take a trip to Nova Scotia.  Rather than visit the entire province, we figured we'd visit different sections over a few trips.  Our first trip saw us stay at a hotel in Digby.  Each morning I'd get up and cross the street to go down to the water.  The change in tide is amazing.  Do a search on the Bay of Fundy to ready about the rise and fall of the tide each day.  This photo of a fishing boat was taken on a foggy morning allowing for the difused light.  The tide was out when I took this photo.  A few hours later the same spot was several fee under water.
